- Shipments – General Provisions
Items will be shipped within 5 (five) days following your order (except for pre-order items mentioned in the following paragraph).
Please note that shipping fees do not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. These fees are not the responsibility of the brand and must be borne by the recipient of the package.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
The customer is responsible for postal shipping costs and any possible customs fees.
Please note that shipping fees are free:
- To mainland France via Colissimo only
Please also note that the customer will be fully responsible for all shipping fees, return costs, and customs fees if they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes.
If the destination country is not listed during the checkout process, please contact our customer service at info@victoriavalette.com to verify the fees.
- Returns and Exchanges – General Provisions
Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to make a return.
You must follow these steps:
- The return label is available in your customer account under the following tab: https://victoriavalette.com/pages/returns. You must download it.
- You have 14 days to return the package from the day of its receipt. If this period is exceeded, the return will not be accepted, and the refund will not be issued.
- Returned items must be packaged in their original condition with the original tags.
Customs fees and any initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order. Please email us at info@victoriavalette.com to obtain a refund for any shipping fees that may be added to your second order.
- After verifying the returned item and if it is compliant:
For France: Your purchase will be refunded after deducting the return shipping fees, which are your responsibility. Any initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international orders: Your purchase will be refunded after deducting the return shipping fees, which are your responsibility. Any initial shipping fees and potential customs fees are non-refundable.
- Shipments, Returns, and Exchanges – Provisions Specific to Pre-Order Items
As part of our ecological approach, some products are handmade to order and according to customer specifications, as indicated on the product page.
As a result, a period of 4 to 6 weeks (excluding the month of August) is generally observed between the date of the order and the date of receipt of the product by the customer, depending on the pre-ordered product. This information is explicitly provided to the customer during the payment process.
Similarly, despite our best efforts and checks, minor and non-substantial variations may exist between the photos presented on the website and the delivered items.
By placing an order on the Site, the Customer acknowledges and accepts both this delivery time and these minor and non-substantial variations from one item to another. However, if the delivered item does not meet your expectations, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity.
The exceeding of this deadline cannot give rise to any cancellation of the order, any reduction in the price paid by the buyer, or any payment of damages, it being specified that in some specific cases, the deadlines mentioned above may be longer.
However, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, if delivery has not been made within 100 days from the day after the date the Customer placed their order, the Customer will have the option to cancel their order without charge. The amounts paid will then be refunded.
These purchases are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, namely products customized at the customer's request).
